Jark Construction's Labour and Trades Sector has been in existence now for over ten years and remains the most established part of our Business. We deal with the majority of Main Contractors nationwide as well as House Builders, Sub-Contractors and of course, smaller local builders.
All candidates are interviewed and fully referenced, regardless of their level, prior to employment. We operate an open, honest policy and believe this has been key to the relationships we have developed over the past ten years. In an Industry frequently accused of over-promising and under-delivering, we are choosing to challenge this status quo and would rather turn away a booking we know we cannot fill, rather than accept it and fail to meet expectations.
As an employer, Jark Construction also actively promote the CSCS Scheme and encourage all applicants, and indeed staff, to obtain this important qualification. To this end, we have the facility to book our employees onto the test and this has proved to be an additional service benefit for candidates and clients alike.
