Jark Industrial Ltd is fully supported by its own internal compliance team who ensures that the business adheres to all government legislation.

The business is supported with regular audits completed to GLA standards and BERR regulations, assisted with the implementation of new government policies. The compliance team gives advice and guidance to both Jark Industrial Ltd and its clients, whilst at the same time offers support to the temporary workforce and ensuring the welfare and treatment of all workers is carried out to government standards.

Furthermore development of its internal policies and procedures, which includes training and frequent reviews of the business, gives both Jark and its clients the confidence that Jark Industrial Ltd supports and adheres to all current legislation.
