Brief Overview
One of the UK's premium commercial developers who currently build out commercial developments plots valued from £200,000 - £1.2 million across smaller bespoke developments and large scale multi-phase schemes are experiencing a large increase in output over the coming months and the need has arisen to recruit for Pipefitters with immediate effect.
The project:
A new pharmaceutical plant involving high pressure steam pipework and gas lines.
Your new role:
As a Pipefitter working directly for the developer you will be working closely with the management team undertaking 1st & 2nd fix works. You will be key in contributing to the safe & on time delivery of a complex, exciting project in London and your role will involve:
•Threaded pipework
•Screwed pipework
•Barrel pipework
•Steam pipework
•Commercial work
About you:
•Previous in a similar role.
•JIB Blue or Gold Card ideally with the relevant job role
•IPAF preferred but not essential
•110v drill & hand tools
•Be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
•Focused on progress
•Able to follow site drawings
