We are looking to recruit a Chef for a ongoing contract for our client based in Ledbury.
You will be working in a Restaurant/Café on site which offers breakfasts, snacks, lunches, using locally sourced foods to produce home cooked dishes, you will be expected to use the till and interact with costumers.
The role requires someone who is willing to be creative and add there own dishes to the menu.
You will be required to work 30-35 hours per week and our client operates 7 days per week. You will be working 4 days out of 7. Working times are 09:00 till 15:00.
This is a exiting opportunity for someone who is looking to join a well respected business and add there own ideas and personality to the role.
The ideal candidate will hold a City & Guilds or NVQ qualification in Catering and must have experience in working in a small team, covering all aspects of the kitchen. You must also have a 'can do' attitude to their role and have experience of being a Chef for 1 year.
