We are currently looking for an Instrument Technician to work as part of a small team on a major gas compressor station due to expansion at the site. You would be responsible for day to day maintenance and repair on gas compressor and pipeline plant as well as installation and commissioning where required.
To do this role you will need to be time served or equivalent and will need knowledge of gas turbine driven machinery. Due to the nature of the site, COMPEX or SCO91 would be advantageous but is not essential. You will however need to have worked in potentially hazardous environments under a 'permit to work' system.
This is a great opportunity to work for a major energy company in a long term contract role that is solely based on-shore.
In addition to the rate above a £150 a week lodge allowance is available.
