Jark Construction, a subsidiary of Jark plc, is one of the UK’s leading and largest independent recruitment consultancies. Established in 1996 and operating from 26 locations, we are an expanding division within the group. To continue with this growth, we are now seeking an ambitious and driven person to join our team in Tottenham.
Experience is not essential however a proven customer service/telesales back ground as well as experience in hitting KPIs is desirable. You will receive full training for this role.
You will be tasked with speaking to the people on our database enquiring if they are available for work, building relationships and where necessary chasing outstanding; ID, Proof of Qualifications and Registration Packs. You will both generate available candidates and fill jobs for the many short and long term opportunities which arise daily through Jark Constructions Tottenham Office. Other duties include registering applicants face to face, both in branch and attending registration days with a consultant.
This represents a great opportunity for both individuals who are keen to start a career in recruitment and for those who simply seek to work in a fast paced environment developing telephone based skills.
You will have to be highly motivated, a confident communicator committed to outstanding levels of customer service and driven by a real desire to succeed in a competitive market. You will be set high call and registration Key Performance Indicators (Targets) that must be achieved to be successful within the role.
15% London Weighting is offered in addition to the £13,520 Basic Salary.
