New Manager for Jark Industrial - Southend
Jark Industrial, a leading independent supplier of contract staff for the food processing, warehousing and manufacturing industries has appointed a new manager in its Southend office. Mike Busby takes over from Alison Scott during her maternity leave.Mike joins Jark Industrial after seven years working in the industrial recruitment sector, with a proven track record that includes a ten-fold increase in turnover for his previous company, working with some of Kent’s largest industrial clients.
His move to Jark coincides with the continuation of significant growth expansion for the company. Mike says “I have been offered a fantastic opportunity with Jark who are most certainly one of the fastest growing recruitment agencies in the UK and I am enjoying each day immensely.”
The Southend office of Jark Industrial office is part of Jark Recruitment, one of the UK’s largest independent recruitment companies, with 32 offices and 220 employees and a forecast £64 million turnover in the current financial year.
As well as managing Jark Industrial’s Southend office, Mike will also be involved in project-based work as part of Jark’s continued aim for excellence in its flexible recruitment approach.
Mike is a qualified paragliding test pilot and lives with his wife and two daughters in Kent.
