Job Description: Our Client a national care provider for the Elderly is seeking General Managers in the south of the country . We are looking for: Evidence of post-registration achievements including care of the elderly Current clinical experience Supervisory management skills and experience Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Knowledge of the Care Standards Act Experience in the field of Dementia Care Budget and business awareness The successful candidate will be confident, experienced in home management with a strong commercial background and enthusiastic in supporting the homes development and staff training. They will, in the first instance, focus on the delivery of person-centred care, You will be the over all manager over seeing everyone but with a strong team to support you .
