WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER

Job Description: We are recruiting for a warehouse team leader based in Magna Park, Lutterworth. You will have experience as a team leader within a large and busy warehouse reporting and reviewing KPI's, effecting change within teams without disruption or discord, ensuring deadlines are met and supporting paperwork is completed and complying with all health and safety regulations. You will need good IT skills particularly with using Microsoft Excel. Ideally you will also have Counterbalance and/or VNA forklift licenses. The role is reporting to the Senior Team Leader, being responsible for the picking and loading of all goods from the NDC ensuring customer service levels are maintained. You will be required to take ultimate responsibility for decision making and cover the role of Senior Team Leader when required. Hours are 2-10pm shift but some flexibility may be required for am shift when necessary for training or cover. This is initially a temporary role to cover a shortfall but may become permanent for the right candidate. AGENCY
