We are now recruiting for RGN/RMN's for permanent contracts to work within a category B prison which opened in 2005 for both male and female offenders. You would be responsible for managing and supporting a team of Healthcare Assistants and therefore supervisory experience would be helpful. Experience of working within a secure environment for a minimum of 6 months is required. It would be your responsibility to ensure the healthcare regime is delivered and if so required, to deputise for senior staff. A basic understanding of triage and an ability to demonstrate this is necessary.
