			<description>My Client is one of the longest established and leading specialist kitchen designer companies in the UK. It supplies the finest quality granite and marble products at outstandingly competitive prices and provides an innovative way of buying a new quality fitted kitchen. This is achieved through a world wide sourcing policy combined with highly efficient storage, warehousing and transportation procedures to provide customers with an exceptionally beautiful product and superb value for money. My Client is seeking an experienced sales executive in the construction and trade industry to pipeline and convert their own industry contracts and account manage trade orders for their product ranges. My client can supply granite for cladding, coping, steps, kerbs and granite worktop blanks in a range of surface finishes including: flamed, polished, honed, sanded or bush hammered. Worktop blanks can be provided to any standard size or in large scants if required. Also offering a range of edging options such as bullnose and ogee or bespoke edge designs can be accommodated too for any trade requirements. Obviously a vast knowledge of the construction landscape would be advantageous in building relationships within the industry and the successful candidate is expected to; Purpose of Job - New Business Development - Account Managing and building own portfolio - Complete sales cycle Key Accountabilities - Achieving set sales targets - Identifying new business opportunities - Cold calling, relationship building and securing appointments - Attending booked visits every week - Reporting sales progress and presenting forecasts As well as receiving a competitive basic salary of £30k (Minimum salary rate), a 15% commission is paid on all profit margins from your individual sales AND an additional 10% is paid on monthly targets being obtained, this leads to a realistic £50k-£60k 1st year OTE and an uncapped earning potential! Previous kitchen sales experience is an advantage but not essential as all candidates receive full training on companies products, services and procedures.
