RegistrationThe first step to us helping you find employment is to register your details with us, you will then be contacted by one of our specialist consultants who will help identify your key skills, what work you are looking for and the kind of company and environment suited to you. we take time to understand your aims and requirements as well as your experience and skills. We want to know where you are going, as much as where you have come from. We want to understand if you enjoy working on your own initiative or if you like a routine to your day. Do you enjoy attention to detail or to deadlines? All of these questions are key to the recruitment process, but are often missed. In summary, we believe in placing people, rather than filling jobs. Our interview process usually lasts for 45 minutes, during which time will investigate your work experience, any gaps in your work history and your reasons for leaving previous employment. We will ask you what you expect from a new job and how far you would be prepared to travel for the right position. We will ask you about your salary expectation and for reference details. Upon registering your details will be matched to any outstanding vacancies immediately. We may also call existing clients who previously have required similar skills and experience to yours. This will take place whilst you are on the premises. Our aim is to match you to the right job.
