Trainee Recruitment Consultants
£12,870 plus fantastic commission & benefits package
Jark Construction, a subsidiary of Jark plc, is one of the UKs leading and largest independent recruitment consultancies. Established in 1996 and operating from 30 locations, we are an expanding division within the group. To continue with this growth, we are now seeking ambitious and driven people to join our team in Southend.
You will have full training for this trainee role so experience is not needed however proven Customer Service and Sales skills are required. With training and the support of an experienced recruiter as your mentor, you will be tasked with the full 360 role of recruitment: from bringing in new vacancies, to sourcing candidates to fill your vacancies and managing current accounts.

You will have to be highly motivated, sales focused, a good communicator at all levels, committed to outstanding levels of customer service and driven by a real desire to succeed in a competitive market. The role requires hard work and early starts, but offers good rewards.
You will initially focus on passing your three month induction, seeking promotion within the first nine months to recruitment consultant level. This demanding role will offer fantastic opportunities for an ambitious and pro-active worker.
