We are currently looking for a radiation protection advisor to work in the nuclear industry. The radiation protection advisor will monitor staff, plant and facilities on a day to day basis and ensure that health physics advice is given when required.
Work will include the decommissioning of plutonium contaminated buildings, land remediation and waste production.
We need an individual with previous experience of working in a health physics/radiation protection role. Excellent communication skills are required as well as experience of working on a nuclear licenced site. Alpha decommissioning experience is required.
