Experienced multi-trade operative required for property maintenance work on housing association properties in the Cambridgeshire area. Must be skilled in various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, tiling and other trades associated with reactive maintenance. Must have tools for a variety of trades and own van. Mileage is paid.
