Accounts Administrator
My client based in the Droitwich area is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a Permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join a progressive company as it continues to grow its business.
The main functions of the role will include
– Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and transactions.
– Assisting in processing payments, invoices, and receivables, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
– Reconciling bank statements and monitoring financial transactions to ensure accuracy and no discrepancies.
– Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
– Supporting payroll processing by gathering and inputting relevant data.
– Filing financial records and important documentation, and identifying and resolving errors in financial records
– Sending and paying invoices, chasing late payments, and reconciling company accounts
– Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
– Previous experience in a similar role
– Previous experience in processing payroll
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
– Good organisational and time management skills
– Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other finance systems
The hours are Mon-Fri 0830-1700 and the salary is up to £26,000
Rate of Pay
£25,000.00 – £26,000.00 per year
