Industrial Cleaner

My client, commercial cleaning company, is looking to recruit an Industrial cleaners on a temp to perm basis based in the Worcester area

You will work as part of a 3 or 4 person team, travelling around the West Midlands/Worcestershire area cleaning kitchens in schools and similar environments.

The main functions of the role include

– Carry out all cleaning tasks in accordance with the work schedule
– Take ownership of Health and Safety for yourself and others
– Wear protective clothing where necessary
– Observe and comply with site rules and regulations at all times
– Report problems and non-conformances to the Team Leader
– Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and safe working order
– Respond promptly and courteously to customer and management requests
– Undertake any other duties requested by team leaders and management team

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following

– previous experience in commercial cleaning environment, i.e. schools of offices
– This position will require you to carry out an Enhanced DBS check sue to working on school premises
***- It is essential you hold a full UK driving License as you will be required to meet your colleagues in different locations
– Enjoy working as part of a team
– Be able to work on your own initiative
– Offer a degree of flexibility with your working hours as this is not a 9-5 job
– It is a full-time role so not suitable for students looking for ad-hoc work

This role is predominantly working Mon-Fri but some weekend work may be required on an ad-hoc basis. The pay-rate on offer is £11.50
