Logistics Operative

Jark Cambridge are looking for a Logistics Operative on behalf our our client based in Newmarket.

Temp/Perm role:

16.27 per hour/£33,841.60 per annum

Purpose:

• To support factory and stores via principle accountabilities

Experience, Qualifications & Person Spec:

• B1/B3 Forklift licence – (desirable)
• Gantry crane licence – (desirable)
• Experience in a logistics/FLT position – (desirable)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities and deadlines
• Self-motived

Principle accountabilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Lifting, moving and stacking of timber/steel panels in a safe and efficient manner
• Loading/unloading delivery vehicles
• Takes steps to avoid health and safety control issues
Assisting Stores and Manufacturing Manager as and when required
