My client, is now looking for an experienced Administrator to help support its busy internal team, the ideal candidate must have experience in the gas and heating industry.
Main responsibilities
•With information passed from the Internal team prepare written quotations
•Once converted to an order by Internal Sales process all paperwork and arrange contract requirements
•Liaise with Support Services or Regional Service Manager for staff attendance on site
•Provide customer support post delivery
•Operational product ordering via Navision
•Postal services and other depot administrative duties
•Scanning all mandatory documents to Paperless
•Investigate and resolve invoice queries
•Raise adhoc invoices where required
•Booking In and out jobs.
•Administrative support for month end
•Assistance to manage depot reports for rental contracts
•To work in line with company Standard Operating Procedure
•Provide support to the Internal Sales during periods of excess
•Providing support to other departments and associated administration functions
Prt of this job is having an on call phone and dealing with phone calls out of hours.
