Bilingual Recruitment Administrator

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Recruitment Administrator to join our professional and friendly team in Southend town centre. We are looking for an individual with excellent organisational time management skills, able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
The day to day tasks will include:
• Placing adverts on job boards and social media
• Conducting interviews and registrations
• Sourcing candidates for jobs and liaising with clients
• Checking in candidates
• Completing payroll
• Compliance
• Customer Service
Requirements:
• Strong administration skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Must be computer literate
• An Eastern European language eg Romanian, Lithuanian, Russian etc would be beneficial due to the volume of Eastern European workers that we place although this is not essential
• Have a driving licence and own transport
• Desired experience would include customer service, recruitment, sales or retail


The ideal candidate will be outgoing, confident, easy to get along with and hungry for a career in the fast paced working environment of the recruitment industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join an already well established and successful team. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with some flexibility required due to nature of the job.
This role pays a basic salary of £20,000 - £23,000 depending on experience and once trained, will also include a £3,900 annual car allowance and commission. Additional benefits include access to Perk Box and free parking.
