***Grounds Maintenance Crew Leader ***
Jark Reading Ltd is looking for Grounds Maintenance Crew Leaders for our client based in Reading .
Temp-Perm
Salary between £25-£26k/year - negotiable dependent on experience (plus bonuses and overtime)
Monday-Friday
07:00am – 16:00pm
42.5h/week
We are looking for a number of experienced Crew Leaders to assume the day-to-day responsibility for our current projects.
Ideal candidate will have :
• Previous experience within the landscaping and construction industry
• Ability to plan and execute work efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• Driving license - essential
• CSCS card -essential
• 3yrs+ experience
• Good organisational skills and an eye for detail.
Duties will include:
• Leading a team in Day to day tasks
• Managing the signing off of daily tasks and returning paperwork to line manager
• Pruning, Mowing, Strimming & Spraying of regularly maintained sites
• Planting of shrubs and trees and topping up mulch to plant beds
• Reading from site plans
Other responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring that projects are completed to the quality required.
• Day to day organisation of individual projects.
• Take responsibility for other members within the team
• Follow health and safety policies and procedures
