Project Manager(CHP)

My client based in Worcestershire is looking to recruit a Project Manager(CHP) on a 12 month fixed term contract.

If you come from a Construction related, client side Project Management background, have excellent Facilities Management experience with good H & S knowledge then this could be the perfect role for you.

The main elements of this role include;

- Total Project Management, ensuring all Projects are managed and completed on time and within budget
- Work with all parties to develop a brief for sign off prior to work commencement through to completion
- Follow the company's Development process ensuring all relevant documentation is prepared including costs, programmes and risk analysis
- Ensure all files are maintained in an auditable fashion in line with ISO accreditation
- Produce an overall plan for works to ensure the completion date is achieved and without incident
- Procure Contractors to carry out design, construction and commissioning of the proposed development
- Monitor the progress accordingly to ensure work completed on time, within budget an safely to the required standard
- Manage the performance of contractors on site ensuring on-site procedures are followed at all times
- Carry our Project Review meetings in line with Project Management good practice
- Remain customer focused at all times, delivering value for money and ensure profit percentage is made on all projects
- Provide Management Information as required to support decision making
- Provide regular updated financial reporting and reconciliations
- Provide added value where possible
- Seek out innovative methods to deliver Projects more effectively
- Ensure all work carried out safely in accordance with statutory and corporate regulations
- Ensure all data and MI is maintained and communicated accurately to agreed deadlines
- Support the retention of ISO14001 and environmental focus to reduce carbon emissions
- Promote H & S with all relevant staff, sub-contractors and service partners

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following

- Demonstrable and varied experience in construction related client side project management
- Experience of delivery healthcare projects
- Thorough understanding of the principles of Project Management for construction
- Comprehensive admin experience
- Strong IT skills especially MS Office
- Facilities Management experience
- Good Health & Safety Knowledge

This position is based on a 37.5 hour week, Mon-Fri 0900-1700, and the salary on offer is between £46,000-£50,000 DOE. This role requires an enhanced DBS.
