Residential Site Manager

I am currently recruiting for an experienced residential site manager for my client who have developed expertise in the design, construction and maintenance of affordable housing and built a reputation for the delivery of projects on time and in full accordance with Homes and Communities Agency development standards.


The site in question will consist of 19 social housing units to be built within a 10 month programme


You will require in date SMSTS, 1st Aid and CSCS manager/supervisor card.

Experience of social housing sites is essential.
