Jark Cambridge are seeking a Small Works Mechanical Project Manager for a permanent position with a leading building services contractor.
The role will involve surveying and supporting the delivery of mechanical works on commercial buildings with a typical value of between £5000-£500,000 in value.
You will require a strong background in mechanical works such as a trade qualification and sie experience in plumbing & heating. Our client will consider candidates who either have previous experience in a similar small works project manager role or who are currently a mechanical supervisor on either small or major site works and are looking to take a step up and progress their careeer.
In addition to a competitive basic salary, you will also recieve a company car or allowance, 25 days annual leave, a discretionary annual bonus and private healthcare.
