Customer Service Admin Support

My client is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Admin Support for their busy online business based in offices in Malvern .

Key Responsibilities:
•To promptly answer incoming calls in an enthusiastic, courteous and efficient manner.
•Identify customers’ requirements and offer advice
•Be clear in communicating information to customers and colleagues.
• take orders , confirm prices and email responses to customers

Key attributes:
•Good keyboard & System knowledge and basic knowledge of SAP desirable
•Excellent written and verbal communication.
•Positive attitude.
•Ability to handle work load in a pressurised environment.
•Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
•Excellent customer service and communication skills.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with an hour for lunch daily

This is a temporary contract which is initially 3 -6 months however this may be extended.
