Customer Service Administrator

My client based in the Malvern area of Worcestershire is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a Permanent basis.

This role is to support the business as they continue to grow the business and they require a suitable candidate who will a first class Customer Service experience to every client whether by phone or email.

The main responsibilities for the role include the following

- Looking after customers by phone and email
- Crating new accounts on a daily basis
- Processing orders as they come in
- Mange the returns process as smoothly as possible
- Signpost customers to relevant colleagues with certain product knowledge
- Advising customers of new and suitable products as and when appropriate

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Excellent IT skills including the use of systems like SAP, Magento or similar
- Strong communication skills with an ability to get on with people at all levels
- Good attention to deal and an ability to deal with issues as they arise

This position is Mon-Fri, 9-5(35 hour week) and the salary on offer is £20,000. Because of its location, your own transport is essential
