My client based in the Stourport-on-Severn area is looking to recruit a Dispatch Administrator on a Temp to Perm basis.
You will be responsible for picking and dispatching, invoicing and arranging dispatch of goods to clients.
The main functions of the role include
- responsible for all dispatch in the UK and abroad
- Managing junior team member
- Dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis
- Booking transport
- Packing small parcels
- Dispatch using SAGE 200
- General admin support as required
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- Ideally have experience in a similar role or production environment
- Excellent IT skills incl MS Office
- Experience of SAGE 200 would be advantageous
- Very organized with strong attention to detail
This role is Mon - Fri 0730-1600 and the pay-rate is £11.57 an hour
