Jark recruitment are currently recruiting for Website Administrator on behalf of our client based in Huddersfield.

This role is a key role in contributing to the digital teams continued success on all platforms. You will be responsible for the sites inventory and products, ensuring they are all presented, traded and marketed in the best possible, brand appropriate way with customer user experience and interaction always front of mind.
You will be accountable for driving growth and delivering a best in class customer experience through effectively merchandising new and existing products whilst maintaining key trade activity across all M&P sites; including UK, Ireland and Europe on mobile and desktop platforms.
You will be the site expert at a product and category level, providing the team with the insights and actions to drive the business forward at a rapid pace.

Main duties:
Commercial trading and merchandising of products on the site, ensuring the right product is in the right location at the right time.
Management of category and pre-determined areas of site to ensure day to day deliverables are achieved including promotions, events, campaigns and new season launches.
Delivery of the trading calendar strategies online, from brief to execution for predetermined categories and areas of site.
Weekly forecasting: Reviewing performance to date against targets, identifying areas of improvement and working with the UX, Content and Design team to drive improvement.
Reporting category sales and bestsellers, highlighting out of stocks and lead times.
Working with merchandising to provide offers that support the delivery of category targets.
Working with Shopify, Google Analytics, Excel, Jira, Dynamic Action, Word and Outlook, along with internal IT systems
Category analysis including competitor research and comparison, A/B testing, review of best and poor sellers, bounce rates, exit rates and search terms.
Provide support to the Digital Marketing team with regards to the implementation of e-mail campaigns.
Ensure that the customer journey is consistent and items are easy to find through manipulating search results and on site navigation.
