HGV 1 Night Trunk drivers
Working on a rota basis
About The Role:
Curtain sider Trunks
Night trunks to Bristol, Wembley and Exeter for a drop and swop
starts around 17.00 to 23.00 all week so weekends included
Around 12 hour shifts
previous experience of HGV 1 in the UK
No more than 6 points for minor offences only
Assessment will be required (around 2 hours)
Driver requirements
Being punctual and organised.
Keen eye for detail.
To comply with drivers hours, rules and regulations at all times.
Ensure all POD are signed.
Well, presented and hold a professional manner at all times.
Ensure all daily checks are completed and report any defects accordingly.
Please note there could be waiting on trucks being loaded on a morning but time is paid in the canteen.
Rates of Pay
Monday to Friday Days £14.00 for Ltd
Monday to Friday Days £13.00 PAYE
Sat £16.00 for Ltd PAYE £14.00 per hour
Sun £18.00 for Ltd PAYE £15.00 per hour
