Group C+E/Class 1 HGV/LGV night drivers needed for a Tewkesbury based large haulier. This is a very consistent ongoing position for a driver to work approximately 10-12 hours a day. On arriving at you destination(s) you be responsibble for any unloading.
Standard rate £12.00ph (Monday to Friday)
Saturday rate £14.00ph
Sunday rate £15.00ph
We also accept limited company drivers who receive an improved rate.
Your duties after conducting your daily vehicle checks will consist of, delivery of an chilled load to regional distribution centers around the UK, usually consisting of 1-2 destinations. On occasion you may be required to perform a trailer swap for which training can be given. Vehicles are pre-loaded and repeat routes and destinations are available if preferred.

It would be an advantage to already have 2 years commercial driving experience but not essential as newly passed drivers will be considered. You will need a Group C+E/Class 1 licence with no more than 6 points. A drivers qualification card/DQC as proof you have completed your CPC training and digital tachograph card to record your driving hours.
