Operational Administration

To ensure that day to day operational administrative efficiency and effectiveness is delivered consistently to support the sales office in a vehicle manufacturing company.
Experience of working in manufacturing or with commercial vehicles is required as this role is technical as well as administrative as you can see from the tasks below.
Job Tasks/ Responsibilities
• Making build files and issuing job numbers
• Loading the production planner
• Ordering chassis’
• Chasing chassis’
• Checking in chassis’
• Labelling chassis’
• Taking sales calls
• Typing up specs and change notes
• Issuing specs and changes notes
• Requesting invoices
• Raising proforma invoices
• Raising completion sheets
• Raising invoices
• Chasing payments
• Paying for chassis’
• Sort out delivery paperwork i.e. delivery notes and test papers
• Making up handover packs
• Breaking down books
• Dealing with customer enquires
• Taxing company vehicles
• Taxing and registering customer vehicles
• Updating the cash flow
• Updating the stock sheets
• Some customer handovers
• Filing
• Professional Recovery
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm OR 9.00am - 5.30pm
