My client, one of the UK's leading providers of elderly care, currently requirePeripatetic Managers to work on projects within their stunning Nursing and Residential Homes.
As a Peripatetic Manager, you will often be placed within challenging environments, in homes that need improving and/or homes with a number of managerial issues. The role can involve projects throughout the UK (although most are based in the South), and can vary from one week to the next in terms of the issues that need resolving.
With the above in mind, only candidates with a proven track record of managing a successful home need apply. Experience of troubleshooting and turning around problem homes would be a major advantage, as would any training/mentoring/assessing experience. Candidates must also have a Nursing qualification (either RGN or RMN) and a minimum of NVQ4/RMA/LMA.
