HR Administrator

My client based in the Pershore area of Worcestershire is looing to recruit a HR Administrator ideally on a Temp to Perm basis but they would also consider a straight Permanent offer if the best candidates is in a current role with a notice period.

As a suitable candidate you will support the HR function with general day-to-day support to ensure all operations within the business run smoothly

The main responsibilities of the role include

- Record and monitor staff absences
- Support Payroll with admin of holiday and sickness
- Support process with new starters incl RTW and reference checks
- Support Recruitment team with all necessary processes
- First point of contact for staff HR queries
- General office support as required
- Preparing reports for senior management as required

As a suitable candidates you will offer the following

- previous experience in a similar role, ideally with an Engineering environment
- Highly Organised
- Excellent Communicator with an ability to get on with people at all levels of the business
- Strong attention to detail
- Good IT skills incl MS Office

They offer a 1pm finish on a Friday and the ay-rate on offer is £10 or equivalent Permanent salary is just over £20,000
