My client based in the Malvern area of Worcestershire is looking to recruit a Chef De Partie on a permanent basis.
As a suitable candidate you will have ideally have experience of working in a high quality, fresh food operation. They offer both fine dining and relaxed bar style dining in a restaurant setting. The food is cooked to a high quality standard with a focus on fresh, seasonal produce all of which is prepared on site on a daily basis.
The main aspects of this role includes
- Ideally 3 or 4* hotel experience or worked within quality restaurants
- responsibility for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout the kitchen
- be passionate about your work, want to learn and look to improve standards at all times
The average hours worked per week will be between 40-45 and the salary on offer is up to £18,000
