HR Assistant

My client based in Evesham, Worcestershire is looking to recruit a HR Assistant on a Permanent basis.

You will support the HR Manager with all day-today HR activities required in a busy manufacturing company

Some of these functions include

- Support with the full recruitment process
- ensure HR policies are implemented on a daily basis
- Manage absence and holiday's for all staff
- Provide disciplinary and grievance advice to department managers
- Manage Exit Interviews for leavers
- Complete New Starter Checklists and inductions
- Maintain HR systems in an accurate manner
- Produce monthly HR Report including statistics for the site e.g. headcount, absence
- Manage monthly staff payroll working within strict deadlines
- Manage Production payroll queries

As a suitable candidates you will offer the following

- previous experience within a similar role, ideally from a manufacturing/production background
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

This role is Mon-Fri 0830-18700 and the salary on offer is up to £28,000
