Jark Bradford Ltd Technical & Engineering Division are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for Plater/Welder-Pipe Fitter to work in the Skipton area on behalf of our client.
Essential skill requirements
• Must be competent in reading engineering drawings. (Projected views)
• Must be competent in MIG/MAG welding and able to work within weld procedure.
• Must be competent in the fabrication of pipe spools from 80NB to 1600NB.
• Must be competent in Oxy/Fuel gas cutting of large diameter pipe to wrap around templates.
• Must have experience of carbon steels.
Desirable skills
• Apprentice trained to level 3 NVQ/C&G.
• Previously coded.
• MIG/MAG welding
• Working in a fast pace, engineering environment.
• Crane experience
• Stainless steel fabrication.
• Heavy fabrication/Plating
Pay Rate: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on level of experience), overtime opportunities are available.
Hours of work are: Monday to Friday 7:30am –to 4:00pm , 40 hour working week, with overtime opportunities available.
This role is temporary to permanent after 12 weeks however could be permanent from the start for the right applicant.
