An exciting position has arisen at one of our busiest operation plants in Middlewich
We are looking for a candidate to undertake all picking and packing line work in this busy factory.
Process, quality check, package, and stock in the manufactured products in the time allocated, and to the highest standard of quality so that they are ready for sale.
- Pick and pack online orders to dispatch. This is a fast-paced job role where you are expected to meet targets, and at the same time ensure high accuracy and quality of the work done.
- Prepare packaging materials (e.g. folding of boxes, cutting of bubble wrap and tissue paper)
- Routine and basic maintenance of label printers and packing station equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and tidy working area
- Maintain Health and Safety standards and promote safe working conditions and practices at all times
- Miscellaneous tasks, such as receiving deliveries, handing goods over to delivery drivers, and general administrative and housekeeping tasks.
However, they would be required to adapt this role as and when required to assist on the production line also.
This is physical work.
The ideal candidate must have worked in a production environment before, excellent time and attendance record - very important.
The hours are 4 on 4 off Days/Nights rotating - for example 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on and 4 nights off - then repeat
You will work 12 hour shifts The shifts will rotate from AM to Nights and PM so you must be flexible.
Extra shifts are available.
Pay £10ph
All overtime hours are paid at £15.00 per hour
