My client based in the Malvern area of Worcestershire is looking to recruit a Production Planner on a Permanent basis.

You will be part of the Manufacturing team, ensuring sales orders are met through efficient, people led and suitable site management.
The main tasks associated with this role include
- Ensure productions costs are as efficient as possible
- Manage workload through companies MRP/ERP
- Manage stock and raw materials to ensure production is maintained at all times
- ensure the production team is fully staffed and trained as required
- ensure the all machinery is available to production team as required working closely with maintenance team
- ensuring H & S is adhered to at all times
As a suitable candidate you will offer he following
- previous experience in a similar role within manufacturing
- an ability to lead and motivate your team
- Excellent working knowledge of an MRP/ERP system
- Good IT skills especially Excel
