My client based in the Evesham area of Worcestershire is looking to recruit a Production Planning Manager on a Permanent basis as the business continues to grow.
The main responsibilities for the role include
- Setting weekly/monthly production targets
- Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities
- Mange the training and development of Production Team
- Manage all the relevant documentation for Production
- Manage WIP and aged WIP levels
- Mange the production as cost effectively as possible
- Work collaboratively with Department Managers across the business
- Ensure waste reduction is minimal
- Manage Customer Service/sales requests
- Mange material demand
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- Ideally SAP experience
- Ideally have 2 years experience within a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability as a Team Leader who can motivate and manage professional relationships
- Strong communication skills with an ability to get on with stakeholders at all levels
- Can prioritize and work well under pressure
- Analytical and organised
This role is Mon-Fri and the salary on offer is up to £37,000
