Jark Southend Ltd are looking for Production Supervisor for small family run business in Latchingdon ( near Southwoodham Ferrers). It is hands-on supervisory position in the final process of production line.
We offer permanent full time work. Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.00- 16.30.
Pay rate £12.50 -14 p/h depending on experience. Overtime available during the week and Saturday paid at enhanced rate.
Duties:
• Leading a small team of assemblers
• Assembling and wiring products
• Quality control and checks
• Monitoring staff productivity and production quality
• Meeting deadlines and targets
Skills & Requirements:
• Must have some previous supervisory experience
• Must have previous experience in lighting industry or similar electronic assembly environment
• Able to work well in a small team in a fast paced environment
• Flexible to work additional hours according to requirements
