Our Client requires an experienced LOGISTICS OPERATIONS MANAGER, to direct, inspire, motivate, mentor and lead a busy Transport operations team and large driver pool. They are a leader in their niche market, as well as a succesful 3PL operation.
You will possess a proven and credible background in Logistics Management, have a current CPC, have had exposure to a business P&L, as well as a strong man management style, direct hands on approach, and a real strength of character. Ideally you will have experience of Frozen/Ambient/Food logistics and storage.
You will be qualified by experience, having had a clear and definable career in Transport and Logistics, you must be an expert in vehicle route planning, fleet compliance, road transport legislation and fleet profitability.
We will be conducting imeediate interviews and potential immediate starts.
