New Business Development Executive

My client based in the Worcestershire area is looking to recruit a New Business Development Executive on a Permanent basis. This position will allow you to work fully remote, you may only have to visit the office once a month for meetings.

As a suitable person for this role, they require the following

- Follow-up on leads generated by Marketing Team
- Generate your own leads using prospect Data
- Convert and close sales
- Achieve new business sales targets
- Record all details on companies CRM

The person specifications for this role include

- ideally 3 yeas experience in a similar role within a business to business environment
- Previous successful sales experience
- Excellent sales, communication and interpersonal skills
- professional telephone manner
- an ability to prioritise and manage your own diary
- Personal drive an tenacity to deliver sales targets
- Good IT skills especially MS office and CRM (Salesforce or similar)

The salary on offer is up to £37,000 plus bonus
