Office Administrator

We are looking to recruit a reliable Office Administrator for our client based in Hartlebury.

The role will undertake administrative tasks, and contact suppliers to arrange collection of their product

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and they must be self-motivated and trustworthy.


Manage phone calls and correspondence via e-mail, letters, packages

Create, update and maintain records

Assist colleagues whenever necessary

You will acquire

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages

We also use external CRM software and training on this will be giving to the successful candidate

The hours of work are 8.30 - 5pm Monday to Friday
