Operations Administrator

Jark Stevenage are currently looking to recruit 2 x Operations Administrator for our client based in Hoddesdon, who are a leading Logistics company.

The ideal candidate would support the day to day site operation through administrative operations for general site activities including the end to end services of goods in. The ability to operate MHE is a must and offering outstanding and organised support in a friendly environment and providing a helpful service.

Duties will include the following:
•Allocation of booking slots according to the warehouse plan and provision of booking references to hauliers.
•Processing of documentation on vehicle arrival and departure
•Checking of goods receipt notes against pre-advise and delivery note
•Compilation of goods in reports
•Maintenance of goods in files, archiving and housekeeping
•Other administrative tasks as determined from time to time
•MHE Competent

Skills and Experience
•Experience of working in an administrative team in a logistics/ warehouse environment
•Ability to communicate in a positive and clear manner both with colleagues and external stakeholders
•Be a great team player
•Strong Microsoft office skills
•Ability to use the appropriate MHE this role will involve tipping incoming vehicles and putting away products in the warehouse
•Strong PC Skills
