My Client precision engineers based in Worcester are looking to recruit a CNC Miller - Setter, Programmer, Operator with WinMax Skills
Salary:
• Competitive rates of pay negotiable depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines with WinMax controls.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all parts meet quality and organisational standards.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Essential:
• Demonstrable experience with CNC Milling, with expertise in WinMax controls.
• Must be fully independent as a Setter, Programmer, and Operator.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Desirable:
• Familiarity with CAD and G-Code is advantageous but not a necessity.

• 39 hours per week worked flexibly
• Limited Full Sick Pay
