Our client in Elland is looking for a Customer Service assistant to join the team on a permanent ongoing contract.
The role is an 'allrounder' role where you will be expected to do the following,
Picking orders
Packing and shipping orders
Emailing clients and customers
Serving the trade counter
Answering the phone to give advice on products (training provided)
The company supply LED lighting in all shapes, sizes and colours.
The role is Monday to Friday - no weekends and no Bank Holidays.
Previous experience in Customer Service is a must.
