A Production MIG Welder is needed for an Engineering company based in Evesham.
Due to recent growth they are looking for fresh talent to join the team.

The successful applicant will be required to Production Weld (MIG) and have recent, relevant experience in this area.

• Full time position.
• Perm position.
• Immediate start following a successful weld test.

Candidates will initially start on a day shift and will then move onto a rotating shift pattern which is

05:00am – 2pm Monday – Thursday and Friday 09:00 - 12:00pm.

2:00pm – 11:00pm and Friday 12:00pm - 3:00pm.

• £11.54 per hour.

•MIG welding mild steel parts. Each job must be run with safety, accuracy and timeliness in the welding area.
•Welding 2mm – 20mm of Mild Steel
•A crucial aspect of this job is quality control, as you must inspect both raw materials and finished products for compliance with safety and company standards.
•Work to the required standards with minimal supervision.
•Ability to carry out self-inspection of own welding activities within defined parameters/requirements before submitting work to final Inspection.
•Undertake good housekeeping to reinstate the work area following engineering activities•Work safely ensuring work areas are free from hazards and equipment is visually inspected before use.


•Minimum 2 years experience MIG welding
•Ability to work from engineering drawings is essential
•Good communication skills
•Ability to work as part of a team.
