Wax Assembly Operative Days

Jark Recruitment are currently recruiting for one of their clients, a leading design and manufacturer of Aluminium and Magnesium castings for the Aerospace and Defence industry.

Initially taken on a temporary basis, the company are looking for candidates that want longevity of a job and to progress into a full-time member of staff.

The main job roles and responsibilities for the Wax Assembly Operative will be but are not limited to;
•Assembling components around a wax frame.
•Use of soldering irons.
•Reading/understanding of SOP’s and pictured work cards following the instructions to assemble wax components.
•Quality checking your own work.
•Adhere to Health & Safety policies and keeping work area tidy.
•Any other duties that may be needed by management.

Full training will be given to any candidate looking for a long-term future with the company, however, attention to detail and a calm approach to intricate work is a must due to the nature of the work.

2 shifts are available for this job role, both are working Monday to Friday. Day Shift and Rotating Shifts, times are as follows;

Day Shift – Monday to Thursday (7.45am – 4.30pm) and Friday (07.30am – 1.30pm).

Rate of pay - £8.21 per hour start rising to £8.50 per hour once you have passed your probationary period.
