The role will involve looking after established client accounts and also some business development
•360 Recruitment Consultant from our Worcester offices
•Recruiting within Engineering , Manufacturing and Warehousing sectors.
•Build strong, long lasting relationships with candidates and clients
•Create strong personal and company branding
•Find and match the best candidates to our clients’ needs
•Developing your own market knowledge to become a sector expert
•Consult clients on how to streamline processes, increasing their recruitment efficiency.
•Networking with clients and candidates
The position offers a very competitive salary and commission structure based on previous experience. OTE £35k
