Our client a leading housing association is recruiting for a Repairs Coordinator to work Monday to Friday 37 hours per week.
Duties
• Telephone enquiries Incoming calls / outgoing customer calls
• First point of contact
• To despatch works efficiently and accurately
• Record & input data using in house systems
• Wide range of duties: letters, memos, emails etc.
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Remain calm in stressful situations
